Random question: the air in my flat is quite humid now that it’s colder. My monstera has always guttated after watering but now that it’s humid it seems to guttate every single evening. The windowsill she sits infront of is often littered with water droplets by the morning. Which is cool but will it be affected much if I water it whilst the air is so wet? There’s a new leaf sprouting and I’m basically just over thinking because she’s been doing so well and I don’t want to make a single wrong move and harm her 😅. The soil is almost completely dry on top now.

Guttation is fine. You may want to just make sure to check the soil before you water. In case it's too soon (If you're following the app).

wait for the soil to dry out completely before watering your monstera again. at least half the soil should be dry before watering again, to avoid overwatering symptoms or root rot. i find the weight of the pot to be the most reliable indicator of moisture left in the soil. or, a bamboo skewer, like testing a cake. electronic moisture meters are unreliable as they measure the conductivity of the soil, which depends on several more factors than just moisture like the metal content of the soil, any air pockets, etc.
