Droopy monstera

I have this monstera that is three separate baby plants. It has the yellowing small leaves and is quite droopy. Help!

      Like every week and a half. It’s got pretty chunky soil. What mix do you recommend?

      I would let it dry out fully I water mine every week one time I use coco coir , orchid mix , perlite , and a mix in I got from my local greenhouse for aroids you can find one on amazon I think!

    separate the plants. you are absolutely overwatering- i have a thai con of similar size to the largest of yours and i water it only once or twice a month. the soil is chunky for a reason! it needs to breathe!
