i need help or opinion on purchasing a monster albo from facebook marketplace. she is selling this albo for $60 . in the caption she put (small form monstera albo) what does that mean? will it still grow big and pretty with those fenestrations still in the future ? if so is this a good deal should i buy and by the looks of it does it look healthy? thank y’all!
Theres a few monsteras that look like eachother. Large form refers to - monstera deliciosa Small form refers to - monstera borsigiana Google the differences, they still have leaves the size of your head when mature. But they don’t get nearly as large as a deliciosa leaf. Probably the better choice for indoor, but people really love the deliciosa
2개 좋아요 ahhh okay thank you for this information! it’s cause i’m new to plants so i don’t know much about plant terminology!
0개 좋아요 Honestly, you’re on Planta inquiring about plants, you know what a monstera is and what variegation is… you’re already more knowledgeable than 99% of people 😅
4개 좋아요 P.S. it looks a little sad and droopy. Maybe wait a couple days and ask for an updated picture. If it looks better or at the very least the same, I’d get it for that price.
