really taking over this side of the window (and couch lol) 😮‍💨 i need to chop and prop but i cant bring myself to do it 😭

    I feel your pain… 😱 My Montsè was repotted with two moss poles (because I was too scared to split her up) a few months back and is now leaning sooooo far out, I’m going to have to prop her up against a wall soon. I don’t want to have to repot her again this year but it seems like I might not have much choice 😫🤷🏻‍♀️😅

      I would cut out some of those old baby leaves to give you (and the plant) some breathing room and a better idea of what you’re working with. monstera has a “back” and with these two poles I think she’s getting confused 🤔 😂

      There’s about 6 plants in that pot and I should’ve split them when I repotted but I’m a novice with no prior experience so it’s all a bit trial and error. I think she’ll slow down a bit with the winter months coming so I’ll give myself some time to psych myself up to do the right thing by her.

      totally get the psyching yourself up — i was “supposed to” chop and prop mine in March 😅

      I am trying the air layering method on one of the big ones though so we’ll see how that goes 🤷🏻‍♀️
