I rescued Thai Constellation from my local grocery store. It seems to be in very good health. The roots on it were huge. I just repotted it. The only problem is instead of growing up as it should. It is growing to the side. Is there anyway that I can get this to grow upward instead of how it is? Thank you!

It looks like the leaves have twisted around to the back side of the plant looking for light. Causing the main stalk to lay flat on the substrate. I would place it with the light source behind the plant leaves (hitting the backs of the leaves). This should start the process of the leaves turning back to the right side of the plant/towards the light. As they are turning to face the front it should also cause the plant to straighten the stalk up at least slightly. Which should make it much easier to add a pole if you feel like you need to/want to. In my experience monstera leaves can turn to face the light either very quickly or rather slowly. But since this is a young plant my guess is the leaves should start turning rather quickly.
