Maybe move it closer to a source of light?
0๊ฐ ์ข์์I had it in the window where it gets sunlight but not scorching direct sunlight
0๊ฐ ์ข์์humidity? although my monsteras arent rlly affected by that they do look like newer leaves so they can be kinda floppy

Is the soil peat moss only?
0๊ฐ ์ข์์In the pot is a mixture soil and the moss is in the support pole

Depending on the soil mixture, it may need more water. Peat moss adds a lot of aeration which is great for monstera. However, this looks like a decently sized monstera. Young still because of lack of fenestrations, but itโs large. So poke the soil with your fingers past the recommended โtwo inchesโ of top soil and see if the soil is wet. If itโs not and youโre about 4 inches in, I would water. Monstera can become very thirsty plants in the growing season. And seeing as a leaf is pushing out, itโll need more nutrients/water to keep thriving. If the soil is wet, I would give it more light to dry the soil out more. Sometimes overwatering can curl the leaves. But in my experience with mine, they start curling when they are thirsty.
