    Moss poles work well! I personally use the coconut coir “moss” poles, and little pieces of string to tie the plant onto the pole. The aerial roots don’t really grow into the coconut coir very well, but my wife doesn’t like how actual moss looks, so I make the coir work! If you want the aerial roots to grow into the pole, I recommend getting a bag of sphagnum moss and an empty pole, rather than the prefabricated poles, as it tends to be much more affordable.
