Can I propagate this? Or should I cut somewhere else? Then, how long to callous before putting in water?

    I would put it in damn spagnum moss if you have it. She should form roots at the new node

      No moss. I enjoy water propagation because I like watching the roots form. Can I throw it in some H2O now? I added rooting hormone

      You can definitely try, I have just had to most success in moss. Hope it roots!

    Hi! I realize this is 50 minutes after you responded on the post so if you already put it in water, no big deal. It would appear to me that you a few nodes there so propagation (ideally) should not be an issue. Usually with thicker stemmed plants like monstera and rubber trees it is recommended to let the cut stem callous over for a day or so just to make rot and other bacterial things less likely.
