what is this on the back of my monstera?? and then i found little black bugs crawling on the front of it?? HELP PLS🩷🩷

    Get some neem oil. Fruit flies love plants.

      i got the water hose to her and then put a good bit of neem oil on it!

      really!! i cut all the leafs off that i saw anything and rinsed it all and then put neem oil !! what else should i do?

    Seconding thrips. They do love monsteras and they lay their eggs in the leaf tissues so cutting the leaf was the right call. I recommend you check all your plants and isolate. They favor new growth and with do some squiggly lines when they eat. The black dots are their poop. Treatment will vary depending where you are located, if you have pets, etc. But identifying and isolating is the key.
