Just picked up my first monstera! Two of the leaves were just starting to fenestrate when I got it earlier today. Any advice for this baby or any clue how long I should expect some more prominent fenestrations to appear?

JDWThey’ll grow fenestrated with proper lighting from what I understand 🥰

NavErrorThis! They start to fenestrate to allow the lower leaves to get light with how big the leaves get :p

Perfect! The area they’re in doesn’t receive any direct sunlight throughout the day, rather some indirect all day and a stronger indirect at night. But with some grow lamps nearby to give it some light it should be enough! If it isn’t, I’ll go grab another grow light for above this one :)
