Is the soil in the pictures the new soil or what it was in before you repotted?

Try avoiding 4 hours of direct light at the end of the day to see if that would help.

I’d suggest that it’s not getting enough light actually. It’s definitely not sunburn or the entire leaf would be black. The variegated white portions are the first to die off when the plant is lot getting enough light. Monsteras can handle a lot of sun when properly acclimated.

Hmmm! I have two thoughts…Maybe the new pot is too big, and also it looks to be browning only on white areas, which may be a reason because the white parts lack chlorophyll.

I agree the pot looks a bit big for the plant. It should be 1-2in larger than the root ball. The soil looks kinda dense too. I would recommend repotting into a chunkier mix with coarse perlite, orchid bark, etc. Plant is buried a bit deep too. The base of the stem should not be covered. How much light is the plant getting before the afternoon sun? I’m thinking lack of light is the issue.
