I got this monstera on Facebook. The shape is kind of crazy I’m not sure what to do to make sure it can grow bigger. It came in the pot but didn’t have any supports

    i don't recommend coco coir poles like the one you have. they can rot from contact with the soil. honestly, get a 2x4 and some plant velcro. works wonders. keep it at an angle where the leaves face the window, so it doesn't have to reach. that pot looks very big for that plant, and thai cons (which i'm assuming this is) are NOTORIOUS for root rot. i highly suggest you move it to a smaller pot.

      It is an albo. I have it facing the window, but for the pic I turned it around. Yeah I was thinking the pot was huge for it, but I wasn’t sure

    I would start it over if you’re unhappy with how it looks. Just know it will take years to get it where you want it. I’m on year 3 with my ikea monstera that looked just like this. Give it something to climb and let it grow for a while, water propagate some cuttings, and start new ones in a smaller pots. Monsteras like to grow roots before their leaves so a smaller pot is perfect for baby cuttings. You can check out my plant to see how it’s gone for me so far.
