The aerial root is about 6ft long ๐๐ anyways which pot for this root bound guy? The 1 inch diameter bigger orchid pot or the 5 inch bigger grey square pot. I feel like with how itโs growing Iโd need to repot again soon if I go smaller and the bigger one is considerably bigger than Iโd normally feel comfortable with, but itโs in very free draining soil. I could just leave it but I think the root bound-ness is genuinely slowing growth down now.
if you add a sphag moss pole you could stay small because it wonโt need to do much root business in the soil, preferring to climb. if thatโs not your vision, go with the larger pot but water sparingly for a while to itโs not hanging onto more water than it can use
