hey guys! this is the monstera (i think it’s a swiss cheese??) that my boyfriends brother gifted me. he’s given me all my plants, and i feel the MOST pressure to keep them alive and healthy. lately this top leaf has gotta floppy. it looks healthy otherwise… to me lol i’m still new to this whole plant thing. any tips or tricks on how to perk it back up would be amazing!!
Looks fantastic to me. May be getting to heavy for the stick and/or go up a little further for more strength with some plant tape. Just really big heavy they are going to droop a little. Hope this helps?

2개 좋아요 Monstera Deliciosa It looks good but I’m betting it came to you this way. Those biiiig leaves with all that fenestration indicates it was getting lots of good light— much more than it’s going to get based on where it is in this photo. East or west facing windows are a good option for these. Mine is west I would also bet it was on a moss pole somewhere along the way
thank you!! i’ll definitely move it closer to the window, and get a moss pole! when i move it closer to the window, i keep the open side of the leaves facing the window, right?
좋아요 1개 yes! moss pole goes in the back. pretty sides of the leaves face the window (or at least partially — annoying to only look at the back of a plant lol)
