My monstera has a leaf that won’t open. It’s been closed for about a month now. Somehow it got ripped at the base of the leaf (it appears). Could this be preventing it from opening?

    I would take a warm, damp rag and very gently wrap it around the leaf for a bit to help it loosen up!

    this is a humidity issue. laura’s tip is a good one. personally i like to use a handheld steamer, one that you’d use on clothes, if you’ve got it — it’s fun 😎

    Mist the leaf. If it doesn’t open, mist it again😂
