Hi there!! I’m just wondering what you guys use to help avoid transplant shock. I’ve got this one monstera deliciosa cutting that I’ve been propagating since probably may ish, and as you can see the roots are insanely beautiful. It’s slowly starting to get too big for what I have it in and has another new leaf coming in (the second since propagating it) I’d like to put it in soil soon but I’m afraid of shocking the plant

do not add soil to the water! it will likely introduce microbes that will rot your monstera in that much water. i’d plant it in a semi-hydro set up with perlite or leca, add a little bit of superthrive plant vitamins and fertilizer to help it get established, and plant in soil in a few months once it’s adjusted to semi-hydro

I actually have tons of perlite and leca so this is actually probably the best option! Thanks 😊

happy to help. i’ve found gradually introducing drought to plants in semi-hydro eases the transition to soil so there’s no stress on the roots
