Just got this Monstera gifted. Will be adding a moss pole soon :) I have some questions regarding lighting… should I place her right next to a SW window with sheer white curtains or farther from SW window with some shade in the morning-noon. I know the best is indirect bright light and am trying to find the best spot for her. Appreciate any advice!!
I'm curious about this as well! She's beautiful. 💜 Mine is in a South facing room, but not near a window. I almost feel she's in too dark of a spot. But she is doing well where she sits. Just isn't growing much, as I would hope.
좋아요 1개Yeah, I think mine was not getting enough light at her previous home and I am guessing thats why the leaves are coming in smaller & lower ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m curious too. Right now mine is on an east facing front porch but I will need to bring her in soon. Trying to determine the best spot for all my plants.

I think you could try either option. They’re pretty adaptable. Personally, I would opt for the brighter option of the two first. Mine has loved a bright window, even though Planta says it’s too bright. I try to catch the vibe from the plant and go with it!
