On a late night trip to Big Box Land for some plant therapy. I found this amazing guy in the clearance section marked down to 25$. Came with pole and all. Needless to say we are home now getting to know one another. 🌱💕

Yesterday, Donn, my Lemon Surprise Dracaena, got a new home. Today…he’s acting like nothing happened. 😎🌿 Repot complete. No drama. No complaints. Just settling in and looking like he owns the place. Just remember that when you think all hope lost, you can still pull through! I was cutting the dead pieces off of a mother spider plant, and accidentally cut the is one off! I thought, “shoot, well I guess I’ll just put it in some water, what’s the worst that could happen?” I didn’t expect it to grow, but lo and behold, it did!

Guys 🥹 this baby rubber plant that I was gifted on my wedding last year has doubled if not tripled in size! There's also this lil leaf guy at the bottom of the stem idk what that means but it's gotta be good right? Anyway, first photo is when I got it, the other two are today!

Up potted to their final homes. This is my first time experiencing hydroponic growing. I did the kratky method and if this goes well, I’m keeping this in my bag of tricks. Believe me or not, these are 6 weeks old. Crazy

If you are in New Jersey go to Spotted Leaf Plant Co (or order online they do shipping!) they are my favorite plant shop! I got two free plants today. They have an amazing rewards program. It’s a little far from my house, 40 minutes, but I don’t care I make the trip! High quality plants. I got a white wizard, paraiso verde, and little shrek ear crassula!

Plant story time! I got this beautiful pink princess with very good variegation about a month ago from sprouts. She was growing amazing at the start but then started dropping leaves. I was worried she may have had rootrot because the leaves were mushy so I checked the roots and they were in a root cage/starter pot! Can you believe it? The roots weren’t even that strong (but thankfully not rotted ) so I decided to transition to water so she can grow strong roots!
