About a year ago I saw this girlie at a big-box store and she was struggling. I was just getting started with my new hobby and decided to get her & give her some TLC💚 I think she likes it here😊😁 #PhilodendronBillietiae🌱 so easygoing and drama free that I now have five including a starter Varigated & Black Billie’s … will be gifting the other two 😊
Went on a field trip today and found this beauty with A 9 FOOT LONG VINE! Exactly 108 inches long 🤩 I wonder how long that vine can get.....

Okay I went on a long weekend and this is what I returned to, a huge unfurled leaf on my BOP, a new leaf coming out on my Moth Orchid (which has never happened) and finally a new shoot on my Moonshine Snake plant that’s been in this same pot since I mistakenly broke it off of the mother plant in January. Someone on this app told me it would take a while and to be patient. I thought the single leaf was cool but I’m so excited for the new shoot. In all fairness I did take the full day before to prep them for my being gone.
‘Thanos’ is in its new pot and headed for Alocasia Avenue! 😍🤩 my oh my! ‘Thanos’ is going to fit in nicely between ‘Thing 1’ and ‘Oba’
Finally some summery weather here in WI reorganized the porch and gave everyone some fresh fertilizer and love!!!
I’m not growing these for consumption. Main reason, I want to see how they’d do indoors with just watering and fertilizing - essentially, letting them live their lives with minimal disruption.
The picture of this wonderful plant on the right is after I bought it early last year in Washington propagated in water. I was only visiting so I brought it back to Texas and shortly after, it's one and only leaf fell off. I planted it in dirt. I was so afraid this guys life was over but he bounced back and even survived a second move across the country with me back to Washington! He has outgrown his stick so I attached another for him to climb on haha!
I am having the best plant week everrr! I thought my rose bush was a goner so I pulled it out of the ground and to my surprise she had grown a baby 🥰 I replanted her baby and can’t wait to see how she blooms next summer!!
Very much like a nerve plant with how dramatic she is but had no idea polka dot plants bloom! I am so pleased to witness my very first bloom on my own plant !
I am babysitting my nieces 12 plants and ended up buying 6 of my own with grow lights, moss poles, leca balls and humidifiers. They are as spoiled as my human nieces and nephews.
Jesus’s tallest, and newest leaf, was curling back. So Herman stepped in for support! What a pair of plant buddies!🪴🤩 Anyone else have a pair of plants who help each other out from time to time!?

Here are some of my plants in my Sunroom.
I’m such a sucker for airplants! I’ve killed more airplants than houseplants in my high desert home, but that doesn’t stop me! Anytime I go thrifting I’m always looking for weird things that could hold airplants. Some of the things I have found are napkin rings, egg cups, an elevated dog water bowl and a gold pedestal with claws at the top (holds the xerographica). I found that in the Walmart Christmas clearance section. I have no idea what it actually was for.
