I’m so happy today my 69 inch tall Madagascar palm I had now for over 36 years has finally decided to flower. My grandmother bought me this when I was just a little kid at the Home and garden show. It was no taller than a pop. Can it sits in front of 9 foot south facing windows so it gets plenty of sunlight all the time I fertilize accordingly and water accordingly, I basically try to treat this like a botanical specimen, which I think it is. I’m so happy.
Just got this awesome monstera bulbasaur in there mail today!!! I’m so happy about it. When I ordered it the website said it would be a tissue culture but then I got an established plant. Should I wait to take the plastic off of the pot? Or should I keep it on for extra moisture?

This is my bonsai that is quite controversial in my bonsai club, because the person I got it from was trying to make it grow in a perfect circle, i named it Bartholomew.
My husband said I couldn’t get any more plants bc my other 2 shelves are full. When he came home I had a new shelf and new plants 😬😬😬😬😬

My caladium is “flowering” 🥺 I didn’t even know they did that. Everywhere I’ve read says I should cut it off to get bigger foliage. Any thoughts? I feel bad beheading something she worked so hard on 👀
