I have a flower!!! I was so excited this morning to find my morning glory graced me with its first flower. My mom loves these. She grew morning glory, four o’clock and moon flowers. It was so neat to see them open at different times of the day. I planted these seeds early spring and have watched their greenery grow so nicely but this morning I got to see my first bloom. Good morning every one from me and my beautify morning glory.

I like this blue-star fern, but I don’t think I like it here. I think I need something more trailing to hang over the planter more. Any suggestions for a trailing plant that will work well in a sunny bathroom?

I decided to try to give my thick and shapeless Ming Aralia a more pleasing shape and movement with some bonsai wire. It looks so much better!!

I put these guys together for my friend this afternoon. They were 1-inch cuttings when I got them, and now they’re strong and healthy. I know they’re a bit leggy but my friend likes that look so hey, why not?? šŸ¤·šŸ½ I still had a ghost plant, pinwheel, a golden sedum, and an echeveria, but I don’t want them to be leggy so I cut off the crowns and will plant those tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Meet Crepe and Myrtle!! They’re my very first bonsai from seed and have been doing nicely for the past three months, so I’ve moved them into a tiny pot to let them mature a bit. šŸ’š

I rescued this guy yesterday and I’m hoping to get it healthy. I’ve already taken a bunch of babies off to prop but I’m thinking they all might have to go when I repot. Aren’t those stems supposed to be lighter? Any tips appreciated.
