Only a year later, I can’t believe how good she is doing I rescued this ficus tineke from Lowe’s clearance section. She had root rot (thankfully it was just starting so it wasn’t that bad) and was severely overwatered .She also had fungus gnats and couldn’t stand up on her own. But after careful care she is growing amazing and has put out 7 new leaves! 1st pic is a year ago 2nd is now
Anybody have any good tips on maintaining an allocation Jackly without all the fancy equipment.
I got a new purple passion plant I got her not to long ago I am trying to make her spark since she looks a little rough so yeah.

My online order for some plants coming from the opposite corner of the country made it finally. Even though fedex left it on a hot truck in a lot in Florida for 24 hours, everything came alive and with minimal damage. The only casualty is a single leaf from a begonia. 12 new species of air plants, 2 new begonias, a couple new succulents, that stinky gynura, and a callisia. I must’ve accidentally bought 2 of the duratii because there’s 2 of them 🤷🏻♂️ It’s a win for me either way.
I was sitting on my deck, admiring my Stargazer Lily, and was pleasantly surprised to see this gorgeous butterfly alight on it 😊. This has definitely made my morning extra special. 💕
Just started with carnivorous plants. I've had this little Cape Sundew a couple of weeks and I have 2 nepenthes coming tomorrow. Perfect timing because I'm dealing with fungus gnats again. She's earning her keep. 👍🏼
Went to the 2026 plant show in ATL and I bought three new plants! I got the anthurium regale, pallidiflorum, and queen anthurium! ❤️ Wanted to show the three new plants I got right now I’m letting them settle down at the moment. The regale one is in a glass vase which has a hole at the bottom so I used it as a pot when it was meant for a lamp 🤫

Both this Burle Marx and these naked root pots have quickly been climbing my list of favorite things. Love seeing plants wild out in spring and summer 😍
I bought this jewel orchid online for $30 and I'm the queen of cheap so that usually doesn't happen. I had to repot it today and I had to use a mix that I hadn't used before, moss, perlite and orchid back. I was so worried because I know they can be "picky" but I think it came out ok. We'll see. That little one separated so I potted it up for my niece.

Super fun to build a terrarium today at Roosevelt Terrariums Portland,OR. Totally recommend.
I got this plant stand for a my birthday a couple weeks ago and it came with grow lights and I absolutely love it! Plus, my plants add a green touch to it, which absolutely ties it all together! ❤️ (I had to stand on top of my bed to get it all in lol and don’t mind the Marshalls bag 😔)
Propagating spider plants 🪴 pups! The mother plant is huge!
The saffron is about as big as its gonna get this time of year. I lost one slender shoot from fungus after a thorough watering with collected rain. More perlite is needed as 30% sand isn't draining fast enough.
