My avocado plant had been good for over a year, but then I noticed the leaves looking more brown and not necessarily drying and shriveling up. Can anyone tell me if it looks like over watering or if there may be an issue with the plant?

My rhaphidophora decursiva, just got it a few days ago.
Here’s how miss oxalis looks *right now* after a heat wave followed by a week straight of rain and very little sun. These are literally always up to something; always reacting. It’s part of why I enjoy them!
