hello ☺️ i just bought this beautiful string of pearls at a local shop in my town, and i want to make sure it’s getting enough sun throughout the winter. i have it in an east facing window (not ideal, but only window i have) and i was wondering if it would be best to get a grow light? any tips on keeping her alive would be much appreciated !! 🪴
Nice plant! Yes a grow light of some sort would be ideal for it.

my experience with my string of pearls has been wonderful from my experience they seem like a super easy going plant! my only tip is to have a steady watering schedule however they’re not super picky so as long as you know some of the basics you should be good to go!!

a grow light can help, sure. but the biggest thing they require is that the sun shine directly on the top/crown of the plant. often people will just have the dangling pearls get the most light but then the plant will die. the top of the soil/crown of the plant needs direct sun. have fun!

SOP does better with less light than other succulents but I would still suggest a grow light. Winter is rough for succulents in general
