I have brought him back from death. Any recommendations on keeping him from dying on me again? It’s my favorite plant but I don’t know much about. :3

    Lol how much time do you have? These things are finicky, not this specific one, but calathea plants in general (prayer plants). They’re so sensitive to excessive light, the delicate leaves burn. They should be very indirect light almost to the point of shade. Water with distilled water or the minerals build up in the roots and it can end up starving (by killing off the leaves). They like humidity, mist once a week (distilled water), keep away from A/C. Prone to pests. Needs a large, well draining pot and water about every 2 days or when the 1st 2” of soil are dry. Too much water the edges of the leaves brown and wrinkle and the stem/roots can rot. Not enough water, brown crunchy leaves. Good luck! 🍀
