What should I be doing with these long ass aerial roots? The second is one my monstera and the other is on my heart leaf philodendron. I know they're used for support and to draw water from the air but.....what should I do with them? Hahaha

you don't have to do anything 🤷♂️ if you don't like them you can also just cut them off, it doesn't hurt your plant

1 mi piacethey're all good as they are. i usually like to guide the aerial roots of my plants back into the soil as they grow, but these look a little too long to do that LOL. you may know this already but moss poles do need consistent watering for your plant to become interested. if you aren't a fan of maintaining a moss pole, i've used wooden planks in the past with great success. if your plant is hesitating to attach you can use plant velcro or even some saran wrap done a little loosely to make it start climbing
