my first calathea..!!!! i’m so excited! i pruned some old yellowing leaves and wiped the rest of the leaves to clean off some dust, and now she’s quarantining in my living room… if anyone has any tips i’d love to hear them!

    I pet mine & tell her she’s beautiful everyday & she’s rewarded me with at least 4 new leaves 🥰🪴 lol I recommend filtered light, like with a curtain or blinds so you don’t burn the leaves & misting your plant regularly, they like humidity 🫶🏼
