Has anyone had success growing edible cat grass, indoors, at scale? I have four cats and I'd like to grow a large enough patch that it has a fighting chance to regrow before it's been eaten to death.

Help! I love plants (duh) and I love my cat. However, my cat loves to get into my plants and this has resulted in me having to put my plants in less than ideal conditions (screenshot of what’s wrong so yall can see). Does anyone have advice for a particularly dangerous kitten? Specifically he likes to dig in the dirt and bite the leaves Two plants are outside because I don’t have anywhere for them inside (and clod weather is coming soonish) And the other three are on top of my bookshelf. I’m trying to save up for a grow cabinet but I was hoping to find something else in the meantime. (The holes in the thanksgiving cactus are courtesy of Kitty). Then Edmond has been reduced to just those two sad leaves (you can see what he used to look like before on his plant pfp)
