hi everyone! just picked up this girl from a plant sale. obviously she has some damage, im guessing sunburn- but her roots look good and theres new growth. this is my first anthurium- does anyone have tips re: best soil mixes? i checked for bugs but dont see evidence of any. cheers!

So I'm wondering if I should put this 2 in trellis in my king already? Also I'm wondering if I should repot this in a bigger pot it's currently in a 4 in pot, or should I wait till it gets bigger (sorry about the lighting in the pic I couldn't get it any better😩🙄)🪴👑

does anyone know why my anthurium lost its vibrancy? i use a moisture meter to avoid over-watering, it sits on a windowsill to receive direct light and indirect light depending on the time of day. i do live in the pittsburgh area, which tends to be overcast from the months of december-march. will its vibrancy come back with better light conditions this spring/summer, or is there an issue i should be mindful of?

There is a white sponge like substance forming on top the anthurium bud. Is it a flower that’s coming up or powdery mildew issue ? Please help Me out .

The sun's not really out right now so the spot usually a lot brighter but I put up a sheer curtains so there's no direct sunlight on any of my plants now but my question is is this still too sunny of a spot for my king? I thought I was hearing that it preferred a medium brightness 🤔

I just got another stunning anthurium waroqueanum and am instantly terrified! My first attempt did not end successfully. Any tips from fellow anthurium lovers would be SO appreciated! I don’t want to unalive this one, it’s a wishlist plant I want to thrive! Currently its setup is in an average of 80% humidity and about 12-18 inches from a grow light.

This anthurium crystallinum was a rescue at the end of last year, I'm so excited about this new leaf, she's so pretty but there's some disfiguration and I've noticed a little hole, just wanted to ask what you guys think? Humidity is pretty consistent between 70-80% and temp is always above 18°c, her roots look healthy too. No signs of pests, my plants are checked frequently. Am I missing anything? Thank you 😊
