There is small brown spot appearing under the leaf

KhaalulaSame it looks perfectly happy, orchids will drop their bad dying leaves to avoidant ruining the rest of the plant

Continue to monitor it to make sure nothing else is going on. Inspect the leaves top and bottom to make sure you don’t have any invaders. My orchids are notorious for attracting Mealy bugs.

Check for pests for sure. Also your media looks super wet; check for root rot.

Those air roots you can cut off. Your soil looks very saturated. Do you have drainage? I would put in orchid mixture. I water and let it sit for 15 mins then I drain.

SunnyI would replace the soil with a chunky orchid bark mixture, as suggested. Orchids can suffocate in a standard potting mix because they are tree climbers and their roots like to be well aerated. Replace the soil. Check for rot. Disinfect with hydrogen peroxide. Use a new orchid pot which typically has lots of openings on the sides and bottom. 🪴🍀
