Moving from place to place can be tough on orchids. If the one spike dies, don’t worry. The other looks fine. The yellowing leaf is a little concerning. If it’s just the one leaf and from the bottom of the plant, it’s probably acclimating to your growing conditions. If more leaves yellow, it could be something more. Remove the plastic pot from the cashepot and look at the roots. They should be firm, green (when wet) to silver (when dry). Dead and dying roots are mushy or papery, brown or black roots. Lots of dead roots are a problem. Make sure you let the media dry out before watering. Its probably in sphagnum, which stay moist for a long time and can be problematic for home growlers.

Agreed all around. I’d definitely remove the yellowing leaf as it looks as though it’s black at the base of the stem. I would want to make sure the black isn’t COMING from the stem. My guess is that some water pooled there and caused what we always warn of- a bacterial infection. If it’s limited to the leaf, you’re all good- if you see blackened mushy areas on the stem, under that leaf joint, you may have more concerns.

With the black on the lower stem. Ensure when you water, no water sits on the lower part of the leaf. If you do get water here, soak it up to remove the moisture as it will affect the leaf. Black is a sign of rot in that area & needs to be removed. Just ensure you soak up any water on the leaf, especially on the lower nook/gap at the very base of the leaf. But it looks good overall. Orchids like an east facing window that gets the morning light, but is not getting too much afternoon light. With the blinds, ensure enough light is getting through the blind.
