I’m not sure where or if I should cut my healthy green blossom stems after they’ve finished blooming? Any cutting tips out there?

My recommendation is to wait until it FULLY dies and dries out before cutting. Your spike may produce another round of flowers.

I belong to the other school of thought on flower spikes. I always cut them when they are finished blooming so that the orchid can put all that energy into leaf and root growth. I find that any second blooms are much fewer in number and sometimes smaller. I’d rather the plant put all its energy into next year’s blooms.
