I donโ€™t think so. I donโ€™t see any leaves. With out that, the plant will not be able to manufacture food for itself. The spike serves no purpose once the blooms are gone. Unless itโ€™s has some kind of sentimental values to you, I would recommend that you let this one go. If you want/need to keep it, unpot and remove all the media. If the roots are in good shape and the growth point is still living, you might have a very slim possibility of rehabilitating the plant. If there is life, trim away all dead roots (dead = brown/black, papery or mushy; living = firm and green when wet, silvery when dry). If there are few roots, you might consider moving it down a lot size. I would use a 50% sphagnum 50% bark mix. You could go heavier with the sphagnum if you want. Pack it lightly. The goal here is to allow the roots to dry out but to increase humidity. You could put it in a cloche but vent it regularly as you donโ€™t want the crown to rot. I suggest you isolate it from other plants while it is recovering. Ailing plants can attract pests. Your plant, if it is living, is very weak. The rehab will be slow going. I expect it will be several years before it blooms again. The easiest path forward is to find a replacement. Best of luck to you
