I made a terrarium and itâs filled with flies!! This has happened to my other plants previously and they just get infested with flies, I spray them with a plant friendly pesticide however they eventually come back, any ideas on prevention??

Please help me identify this plant. I received this terrarium of succulents (?) from a recent death in the family. This particular plant appears less healthy than it did when I first received it a few months ago. I'm trying to enter it into my Planta app to get better support for it but I can't figure what it is. I don't think the app is identifying it correctly. I have it in the brightest window and I just ordered a plant light to help supplement the amount of light it currently gets from that window. Any help in identifying it and suggestions for its care would be greatly appreciated.

itâs amazing to me how fast a terrarium can establish, all of these plants except for one are all from cuttings that i placed unrooted, almost all of them have pushed out some kind of new growth in the past month, i have some isopods and springtails that have all began to reproduce, i think all of this progress is amazing for being just one month old! i am very excited for the future of this little tropical ecosystem i have created!!
