What are some good beginner friendly plants for terrariums? I had a terrarium recently gifted to me from a friend that has several wondering dudes and mother of thousands in it, and I was recently thinking about making one of my own terrariums. I was thinking of doing either a small terrarium filled with succulents or a small jar filled with plants. Also what are some tips for keeping a terrarium thriving? And what are some mistakes to avoid? Inspo pics:

    Fittonias are always a hit in terrariums, they grow well and stay small! My number one tip is to know what kind of terrarium you have/want. Care for self-sustaining versus non, open-air versus closed, and so on, varies a lot.
