Do you have to use special cactus spoil when planting cacti and succulents from seeds?
How long has it taken for your guys satin pothos to root ? 🥲 she’s been in water for weeks now and I recently placed another pothos cutting in with her this past week. She doesn’t look to be wilting or dying she actually looks better than when I first placed her in water.
Hello! So I was recently gifted this beautiful clipping of a Black ZZ, and I have been trying to propagate it for about a month now. I have never tried this for this specific plant, but how long does it normally take to grow roots? Also, was this an improper clipping for it grow?

Hi everyone! I’m new to plants so i can’t tell you the details about what soil or fertilizer i use.. but! i propagated these bad boys in water for a fews months and they’ve been planted for about two-ish months, but i haven’t seen any growth in the water or now in the soil (maybe minimal growth the shorter one). i’m worried the lot might be too big for the two shoots or that they have shock.. any tips?
Just started a new propagation project 🌱 pothos, baby sun rose, begonia, and prayer plants
Hi all! I bought a monstera Thai constellation off marketplace that was in pretty bad shape and I took a cutting off of it. It has been in water for about 2 weeks with rooting hormone (changing the water every couple days) and I let the end callous for 24 hours. It seems to be rotting. It had an aerial root that was about 20cm long and it went mushy and fell off and the end is getting a bit mushy too. Is there any way to fix this and stop it from happening? Thank you!! ☺️
First time propagating a pineapple, so far so good!!! Time to plant 🤞 hope it grows.🍍
Hi everyone! I’m in dire need of some help! I’ve had this Satin Pothos for a couple years now and it keeps loosing leaves and large stems. I was hoping yall could help me figure out the best way to propagate it. I’m not sure the best places to cut or the best methods to get successful propagations and would love some tips :) Thank you in advance :)
One of my cobweb houseleeks wasn't doing well so I cut part of it off to try propagating it. Because part of it was sick, is propagating it a lost cause? And can you only propagate the 'chicks', or can you use the leaves? Thanks!!
Hello would anyone know if I can move part of my pink nerve plant so I can start propagating it?
I have been propagating a set of cuttings from my Syngonium Albo plants. I put these cuttings in one 6 inch wide plastic pot about 5 weeks ago. I put at least 2 leaf nodes under water with at least one leaf node above water thinking new leaves would grow on the upper most node. The leaves grew from the nodes below water. 😃😁 They are unusually healthy sitting 2 feet from my dark north window with no grow lights. They benefit from the heat of my steam oven and stove. I added fertilizer and SuperThrive plant vitamins the first time saw roots. They are ready for soil.
Day 2 of sprouts 😍
