Hello would anyone know if I can move part of my pink nerve plant so I can start propagating it?

I’ve never been able to keep one of these alive.

1 gillaYes! Cut just below a node (the joint looking part of the stem) and cut extra leaves off of that cutting to where it only has 1-2 leaves on it. Place it in water (I use shot glasses!) with just the node submerged. It should root in a few weeks!
1 gillaOh my goodness thank you! 🙏 will definitely do this! She’s doing so well and is SO beautifully pink ☺️ I really appreciate this!
1 gillaYes please keep us updated! Also don’t forget the 2-2-2 rule, you should wait to plant in soil until there are at least 2 roots, the roots are at least 2” long, and each root should have at least 2 branching sub roots Good luck!!
1 gillaI will post again ! I’m always on! I tried two different methods soil and water and I definitely feel like water propagation just might be my thing soil propagation I haven’t gotten quite right .
1 gillaThat’s understandable, I have really bad luck with soil props but I’m still trying lol.
