My current prop tray. 😍 I had fun.😄 I had a migraine the other day and this was soothing.❀ Currently have Anacampseros Sunrise Verigata, Perle Von Nurnburg, Donkey’s Tail, Ghost Plant, Grapetoveria Bashful, Grapetopetalum Bella, and some leaves from the last of my great grandmother’s sempervivum. The last ones probably won’t propagate, because I’ve heard it’s something like 1 in 100 for sempervivum to propagate from leaves. But, a freak accident took us down to one last rosette (it’s doing great!) so I’ve tried to propagate every leaf I’ve ever pulled off just incase.đŸ€ž I should be near 100 at this point so maybe I’ll get a pup soon? The last plant will hopefully put out pups this year so it won’t matter.😅 And disclaimer, no plants were harmed in the making of this prop tray. đŸ€Ł These are leaves removed in the up potting of the plants to make room for deeper roots. Or they just got knocked off by accident when handling a plant. There are no naked plants running around with no leaves I promise .😄

Second snake plant propagation! I’m planning on giving this to my Mom for mother’s day, does anyone have any thoughts on when this might start producing pups?

i received scindapsus cuttings from a friend and when i put the propagations in water they started wilting and turning black. the only mistake i can think of is i unknowingly used my water that had my liquid fertilizer mixed in but switched it to normal distilled water later in the day. any ideas of how else this can happen? i have cuttings from other plans she gave me and only a few turned black and the rest are fine

this guy had lots of roots after letting it grow in water for a month or so, so i planted him, but a couple of the leaves began to drop. the drooping leaves are yellow, red, and soft. i don’t think it’s an issue with the light because the middle leaves look fine. the leaves had begun to droop a bit while it was in water, so i thought i should plant it because i assumed it wasn’t getting the nutrients it needed from just water or something like that. could it just be stress from repotting? any advice would be great 😊

I want my spider plant to start propagating, there’s a bunch of spider plants in there but they seem to be happy, I don’t know what to do

Upon my 4 year olds request we planted a clementine seed he found when eating one on the 10th April. We’ve been patient and it’s now sprouted!! Who knows how far we’ll get it but I’m very excited!!

Interested in tips for propagating this rose bush. I think it might be “Eden Heirloom Rose” or “Spirit of Freedom” but not 100% sure. I’ve only been successful once out of about 5 attempts at propagating roses from a cutting (using honey) but it was from a different bush. There’s also new growth around the bush that I plan on digging up and transferring to pots so any tips on care for those? Basically any tips are welcome. Thank you :)

How would I go about propagating this plant?!

Would it be ok to take a cutting from sphagnum moss, dip it in rooting powder, and transfer it to water propagation instead? I got this philodendron Florida ghost cutting for free, because this one has been in sphagnum moss for about a month and hasn’t rooted. The nodes don’t look super promising to me, but I’m wondering if there’s some way I can save it. Do y’all think it would help to add rooting powder and transfer to water? Keep it in the sphagnum moss? What would you do? (I also got 2 other cuttings that are rooted and have new growth, so it’s not the end of the world if I can’t save it!)

I have been propagating a monsters albo cutting in water for awhile and it’s been growing some pretty solid roots! I’m just wondering if it is ready to be transferred to soil? Not sure how many roots should be growing but currently the ones showing are at least 3-4 inches long.

I have a teacup rose bush at the end of my driveway next to my pindo palm kinda in the shade. Should I move the rose bush? It’s still blooming but I’d like to get a cutting from it so I could make more rose bushes that coral color. It smells wonderful! Is there any advise on rooting a rose bush?

Looking to learn to propagate. Any tips?

I just got this albo cutting! I’ve propagated in water before but i also heard that aerial propagating with ziplock bags works with monstera too. Can yall help a girl out so I don’t mess her up? Should stick her in a cup of water or do something else? The last monstera i got i just stuck the node in the soil (potted pic) and waited patiently. My small potted monstera has a nice handsome leaf now.

Anyone know a good brand of rooting hormone that works well for propagating?

I need all the advice I can get for this Amydrium Silver. I bought it from my local plant store for $5 and I’ve never had one before and I’ve never used moss for propagating! Thanks in advance!!

My Syngonium is way too “leggy”. It’s pushing out new leaves but how can it get it to be more full. I’m assuming to cut it and propagate it again. Thoughts? Also, what’s the proper way to cut this

My rubber plant wasn’t doing well and when I’ve gone to check the roots it’s popped right out of the pot and when running under water to see what’s happening I’ve got this left. I don’t want to put it back in soil as I won’t see if it’s growing roots so I want to know how it’ll do in water? Any tips/advice welcome.

Does anyone know the best way to propagate a string of pearls? I haven’t had her very long and most of it died away unfortunately but there is still some spots hanging on so I’d like to try and propagate it and bring it back to life. Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated!!
