Hi everyone I tried to propagate my monstera 2 weeks ago and today I noticed these tiny roots on the aerial roots but there are none on the stems or node. Is it normal? Its is good? Because all the videos I have seen they have roots on stems or nodes.
This is my first time trying to propagate a snake plant leaf. Any and all tips are appreciated.

I was able to propagate 6, that’s right 6, Albo Variegated propagations off of an extremely healthy 7 leaf momma plant.. Luckily it was grown on a wood pole and the aerial roots were rooted in the soil as well, which leads to higher success when propagating. These have a great chance of surviving and thriving also because of the little variegation the plant will be able to take in more chlorophyll for plant development👍🏼
I have a Nerve Plant (Fittonia) that I really would like to propagate. I have never made any attempt to do so, if anyone has any advice for me I would be over the moon with appreciation.

Trying to grow the corms off my alocasias and the sphagnum moss keeps growing fuzzy white mold. I wring out the moss very well before I put it in and I have a few air holes at the top for circulation but it keeps coming back even after cleaning it all with alcohol and using new moss. At a loss here. They’re rooting just fine but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
Hello everyone, I have a rubber plant that suffered extreme neglect in the past years and now that I am back on track with my plants, I am wondering if I should cut the pale and sick looking branches and try to propagate them. The newer leaves are looking healthy but the overall plant makes me sad. See some pictures and let me know. Plus, how do we propagate those?
Progress update on my string of turtles propagations that I started end of July. They are definitely ready to repot. Any recommendations would be great. I think they are pale due to lack of nutrients, so once I get them potted up I'm going to start gently fertilizing them as well.

Looking for some advice on how you’d prune this Happy Bean (aptly named!). It’s stemmy and I’d prefer a more bushy look but I’m afraid of over pruning. What do you all think? Should I try and make a bushier plant from the cutting I took earlier this week, or cut back the OG plant even more? I don’t want shock & kill the mother plant - she’s done well - but I’m not if this how these plants are actually supposed to grow??
