Been trying to propagate this scindapsus; is this root rot? I did cut it from the mother plant that later died of root rot. Should I just toss or try to save?

My Alocasia maharani hadnât pushed out anything new since its last bloom stalk, and I was starting to get worried. A week or two ago I noticed a little corm growing out of the soil. Should I leave it attached to the mother plant, or remove it to let the main plant have more energy for itself? The one leaf the plant still has started yellowing a few weeks ago (as you can see), which I assume is because itâs trying to grow everything. Thank you for any advice!!

To propagate or not to propagate! That is the question? First timer here! I guess my question is would you guys prop in water or prop in soil? And do I let the bottom of the leaf dry before I propagate? Any help is greatly appreciated! And ignore the puper bum in the photo, her names Nova and she decided she didnt want to move!

How do I handle potting this lucky bamboo? Roots are spouted at each segment. Do I cut this at each section? Do I just pot and bury all of the roots?

Iâve always loved how fiddle leaf figs look, but because of their reputation as being hard to keep alive Iâm a bit hesitant to buy one just for it to die as soon as I get it homeâŠđ anyone got any tips as Iâm a beginner plant parent! Thanks

I went to Homebase today and scooped up all these fallen leaves, some of them already have roots growing but Iâm wondering if itâs ok to pot them all in the same pot of soil? (I donât have enough plant pots for them all)

I want to hear y'alls opinions on this. Is proplifting stealing? Me personally, I would definitely call pulling cuttings purposely off plants stealing but I see taking fallen leaves from the floor as perfectly acceptable considering they'll just be swept into the trash anyway. What do y'all think about this?

I was given this cutting from a coworker today! She said it was a âfriendship plantâ and didnât know the actual kind. It can grow in either water or soil and grows new leaves from its âbranchesâ. I am still new to plants so I am not sure what this is. I was thinking a corn plant maybe?
