Monstera albo. Had a nightmare with root rot so last resort was cutting everything off. Have I done this right? I know to change water every couple days but that’s about it. Also she’s under a grow light.

    I think it looks good! Give it a few days to a couple weeks and you should have some roots!

    I just bought general hydroponics floranova grow 7-4-10 off amazon from some recommendations off a Reddit group. I’m super careful, so only 1/4 teaspoon of that stuff to 1 gallon of water, and I let my propagations sit in that mix for a week at a time and holy moly water roots! Good luck!
