I have this water propagation that is incredibly happy, but cleaning the water and removing the plant from the jar without hurting it has gotten difficult because of how may roots there are. This has led to some mold growing on the surface of the water, is this a sign to plant it in dirt?

I currently have some hydrogen peroxide mixed in with my water and I replenish it each time I clean the water

yes, plant in soil! it has more than enough roots to be perfectly happy in soil, and that will help prevent it from getting sick from its current conditions!

It definitely can be moved to soil with how many roots it has. It also can stay in water forever as long as you add fertilizer to it (do some research before just adding any fert). Water alone won’t be enough to sustain it. IF you want to keep it this way :) Algae grows faster when exposed to light, so if you move this to a non-clear container it should slow the growth in the water. Or cover your current container to keep the light out.
