Any tips to propagating agleonema cuttings?? Cut back my girl a couple of weeks ago and put cut stem with leaves it in water (used some rooting powder) and leaves look great… stem looks great… no roots. I have changed the water. I’m only using distilled water Never done this before…

    I don't think you can propagate aglanemia from a leaf. At least not unless it has a little root with it or if it's a small division of the plant.

    I think that should root! Just needs plenty of light and patience. Those take a while to root.
