    Just make sure you allow it to callus over, (leave it out of water for a few hours to a day), before putting it in water to avoid rot!!! You can also add prop drops to your water for better results, but all in all looks good!

    Yes you are😄 It won’t new leaves—-mostly roots, but you’re doing well🙂 Just make sure to change the water at least once a week. Don’t do it and the roots may be a little wonky😬I’ve got plants like that I’ve propagated like that I’ve left for MONTHS cuz I haven’t had the time to put them in soil, but they haven’t died and I guess that’s what matter right?😂
