Was bottom watering my Love Sweetie Girl today and this vine fell off! I’m going to put in water to propagate her but I was wondering if I add a little spaghum moss will it help it to root? All my Philodendron cuttings are taking forever to grow roots.

You can put it in water or you can plant it right back in. You’ll just have to remember to keep that area of the plant’s soil moist for a couple of weeks

Also, Pothos cuttings will speed up root development

This plant takes forever to Root, but I have found rooting drops to help a lot!

I have never been successful in getting mine to prop, but I keep trying. I will try again, this time with perlite.

I have three philodendron props right now and my first one has roots when I checked today! The props in clear glass containers I’m still waiting on. But the one I have in a cute white vase has roots! I also have been using these root drops

I have a couple philodendron micans cuttings in sphagnum moss and they’re doing great! Lots of roots and leaves, but it does take some time.
