Hey everyone need help. I got this long clipping of a monstera and I cut up to propagate. This is how they look so far. Are these the roots or aerial roots? Can I start planting in soil? So I plant the entire stem and root in soil? I want them all in one pot maybe 2. I just want them to survive.
Looks like a mini monstera/Rhaphidophora tetrasperma. The white strands are roots that get planted in the soil. I believe the typical recommendation on when to plant is when the roots are about 2 in. long.

Waiting for at least 2 inches of roots gives it a higher chance of successfully adapting to soil. Fertilize them since the roots have already emerged. 🪴🍀
