      I gave them two days to callous over the cut ends, then for the Christmas cactus I will lightly put them in nursery pots with soil with the cut ends down to encourage rooting. Very light watering. For the echivera I believe I just place them on top of the soil without burying them and lightly water again. I’ve done it with the Christmas cactus but never the other kind, so I need to research a bit !
