I got these from a coworker six months ago. I’ve seen new leaves but I don’t know how to transplant and take off the tops indefinitely without killing them or at least there’s some concern I might shock the orchids. Anyone have advice for moving these orchid babies into orchid pots? Thank you!

For now I'd just pop the lids off and let them get used to the room's lower humidity; they still have plenty of space to grow. If you want you can put thier current container in a decor pot. Once they're big enough that thier roots need more space, use a pot with good drainage and a similar substrate to what they have (you might want to sterilize any new sphagnum; I've had a ton of problems with it introducing mold.) If you want to transition them to less moss/more bark over time, do it gradually with each repotting

Thank you for the advice. I’m gonna try that.
