I've had this jade prop rooting in water for ever.. is she ready to plant yet? What else can I do to get more roots?

Jade succulent or Jade pothos? I can't be completely sure from your picture but it looks more like a vine from a pothos. If it's a pothos, it's definitely not ready. If it's a Jade succulent, I've only ever rooted directly into soil. I've never tried water propagation with one.

There’s something called Prop Drops. I’ve been using them in clean water for a couple weeks, and my props are getting fuller roots. It’s in the TikTok shop.

So I'm certainly no expert, however I've always just planted my jade cuttings directly into soil. They have super tiny root systems and I would definitely plant it now since they're showing. I would personally cut under the node underneath the one that has roots sprouting and then plant both directly into soil the soil. Again, I'm no expert but I've propagated my jade quite a few times. Maybe wait for more comments on the topic but that's my opinion.

I agree with MikeyPlants! You can also dip it in rooting hormone first—that always gets my cutting to root

Can you show us more pictures of the whole cutting?

If the part that was in the water seems a little soft I would cut that part off, let it callus for a couple days, apply rooting hormone and planted in soil. If it's a long stem you could probably make a couple sections out of it just make sure you know which way is up.
