Proud mama! This silver inch plant is the cumulation of 4-5 clipping I took from a plant that had rot. They came back strong!

I propagated mine a week or so ago and added a few more cuttings today for fullness but noticed a few curling leaves from the original propagation stems. Is this expected of lower leaves? I noticed them straightening up so thought those were all good signs. But the curled leaves has me wondering

Were they propagated in water first with roots starting?

I read that it could be planted directly in soil which seemed so easy so I tried it. Hoping the curling is just on the lower leaves and will see some new growth. 🤞

Yay!! Great job! I just propagated a silver inch plant after rescuing it from a nursery with a bad spider mite infestation. There’s something so satisfying about taking a sickly plant and giving it a new lease on life!

I’ve ordered some wandering jew Plants in the mail multiple times, little ones that were actually just clippings plugged into the dirt which I didn’t realize at first. They all died. I would put them in water with some root boosting hormone. I use this stuff from Amazon that takes two drops per cup of water. I use it every time my water my plants actually and then I use fertilizer every other time.
